1)
1. Each
Team
Administrator must
complete and
submit to a background check
online.
The fee
is
$10.00 and can be paid
by
credit
card
or mail in a check
to P A West.
2)
2. Once the background check has
been
approved or
cleared by
PA West,
the Administrator can register
online
for
a club.
Team
assignment
will
not be
available
until the
background
check has been
cleared.
3)
3. PA
West
will provide Affinity Sports an upload file for
those Team
Administrators
that
still have
time
remaining
on
their
existing
background
checks.
Reminder
Please remember that one
of our Saturday in-house program objectives is to promote and elevate
the standards of sportsmanship and fair play. Also, please remember that
we don't keep standings (heck, we don't even officially keep score)! We
ask that coaches and assistant coaches set the example out there for our
children to follow. They DO see and hear you! All rostered players must
be registered in accordance with PA West and MASA guidelines, remember
you can only roster players registered and insured through MASA. Any
coach that plays a non-rostered player will be removed. Thanks for your
